Falls View Academy is proud to introduce our new Strings Program, now offering lessons in Violin, Viola, and Cello.
Falls View Academy has expanded our Music Education program to include stringed instruments. Music Director Carol Tomaszewski shared “We have been getting more and more inquiries from community members about lessons for stringed instruments. We are so excited to be able to offer lessons for these orchestral string instruments now, and to have found such wonderful instructors to build this program with.” With the creation of our strings program, we are happy to welcome instructors Isaac Hutton and Allison Rich to our Music Faculty.
Isaac Hutton is Falls View’s instructor for Violin and Viola students. Isaac received his Bachelor of Music degree from the Greatbatch School of Music, Houghton College, where his concentration was violin performance. Isaac is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Music Education from Nazareth College of Rochester.
Allison Rich is Falls View’s instructor for Cello students. Allison is a recent graduate of the Eastman School of music, earning a Bachelor of Music degree in Cello Performance from the studio of Professor Steven Doane. While at Eastman, Allison was a member of the Windsor String Quartet, who completed a residency in the spring of 2014 as part of the Messinger Ambassadors Fellowship.
